Terms and conditions for robot rental

  • Provide access to the wi-fi point at the event, maximum 50 ms ping time.
  • Influence of third party equipment and external factors on the work of Robot:
    • sources of bright light and laser radiation in the room where the robots work, may be the reason for the impossibility of audiovisual communication;
    • sources of strong noise, incl. loud music in the room where robot works, may be the reason for the impossibility of audiovisual communication;
    • thick walls, large columns and other radio opaque obstacles to the propagation of radio frequencies from the WiFi access point to the access point may cause temporary inability to work;
    • confident operation of WiFi is possible in the line of sight from the installed access point at a distance of no more than 50 m;
    • in other cases, the range of communication depends on the propagation conditions of radio waves and is determined only by experimental means;
    • the presence of interference on WiFi frequencies, the location in the immediate vicinity of the WiFi access point to which robot is connected by other operating access points and WiFi routers of the 802.11 ac standard may be the reason for the impossibility of the robot operation
  • Ensure the access of the robots: width of the doors minimum 90 cm and ramps or elevators.
  • Ensure a minimum break for the robot support personnel, according to the art. 134 in the Labour Code.

Terms and conditions for robot sales

1. General Information

Bucharest Promo Robots is an integrator of humanoid robots, meaning it is not the producer of the robots sold. Any defects observed or issues arising within the warranty period will be handled in coordination with the distributor and manufacturer.

Warranty and Repairs

  • The general warranty period for humanoid robots is 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty beyond the initial 1-year period.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages resulting from improper use, modifications, or external causes.

Issue Resolution Process

  • Customers experiencing issues with their robots should report the problem in writing via email with a copy of the contract and the purchasing invoice.
  • Bucharest Promo Robots will acknowledge and respond to customer complaints within 5 working days.
  • The time required to resolve the issue will depend on the nature of the problem and the availability of replacement parts.
  • Repairs and solutions may take between 5 working days and 6 weeks, as missing or defective components may need to be shipped from the manufacturer.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns will be accepted only in cases of irreparable defects covered by warranty.
  • Refunds will be processed only if a defect cannot be repaired and an alternative replacement is not available.
  • Customers must notify Bucharest Promo Robots within 14 days of receiving the product if they wish to request a return due to a defect.

5. Liability Limitations

  • Bucharest Promo Robots is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the robots.
  • Customers are responsible for using the robots in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety instructions.

6. Customer Support

  • Support inquiries can be made via email during business hours.
  • Customers should provide a detailed description of the issue and any relevant photos or videos to facilitate faster resolution.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions Bucharest Promo Robots reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or website updates.

By purchasing a humanoid robot from Bucharest Promo Robots, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
